How do I cancel my Membership subscription?

You can cancel your membership at anytime. We hope, though, that cancelling your Pack membership with us is only temporary.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to Ai (the tab at the bottom of the main screen)

2. When you are in Ai, click on the "MyTips" tab (Top right bar)

3. Now select "Manage Memberships"

4. In Manage Memberships, go to the Membership panel for the membership subscription you are subscribed to and click on the "CANCEL" button. You will get a green message to confirm the cancellation was successful and the Cancel button will change to "Renew" or "Select".

5. Once your membership subscription has been successfully cancelled, you will not incur any further charges. Note that your membership access will expire at the end of your current cycle.

You can always renew your membership but heading back to Pack Membership and clicking on the "select" button and following the prompts.
